The Angus Reserve Porterhouse Steak is offered in a tight diamond trim.  All Porterhouse will have a tenderloin portion of 1 ½ inches or greater.  This cut is the butcher's favorite.   USDA Grade: Prime plus the top ⅓ of Choice for abundant marbling that enhances both flavor and juiciness.
