The Angus Reserve 1 Bone Short Ribs are cut from the thickest part of the whole-in short plate.  Each portion will be 3” long with a full bone in the center.  USDA Grade: Prime plus the top ⅓ of Choice for abundant marbling that enhances both flavor and juiciness.
